- Provide solutions to creating a functional and aesthetically pleasing space

STAGING CONSULTATION
Great for learning how to prepare your space for selling
- In-person consult for the desired interior
- A walkthrough of the space answering client/ realtor’s design questions
- Solutions with existing furniture and or onsite furniture re-arranging depending on the scope
- We touch on aspects like property’s architecture, interior design, repairs / any renovation ideas if necessary, designs styles, colour consulting, space planning, organization, de-cluttering
- Shopping list for suggested decor items
- Answers to clients’ design questions, staging, personal style, vision, and needs
- 1.5-2 hours
- If out of GTA mileage added
INTERIOR DECOR CONCEPT PACKAGE
Mainly focused on soft materials like furniture and accessories
- 2 site visits
- Site measure
- 1 room
- Residential or commercial projects (house, condo, apartment, business)
- Inspiration board
- Suggested “key decor items” shopping list.
- 1 Render with proposed furniture and accessories
- Shopping list for suggested decor items
- If out of GTA mileage added
FUSION PALATE STAGING PACKAGE
Great for spaces that are partially staged (certain furniture items that will “fuse” with our inventory)
- 3 room project for a condo or a house (we also stage commercial interiors), with a focus on rooms that bring great value such as living room, kitchen, primary bedroom, or bathroom
- Consultation included: paint colours, repairs, and or renovations to prepare the house to sell
- Rental furniture items include furniture, decor items, accessories, and window treatments
- Project management, decor concept, sourcing, styling, delivery, install,ation, and de-staging all included
BLANK CANVAS STAGING PACKAGE
For vacant properties
- 3 to 5 rooms
- A blank canvas is a property that is not occupied with furniture and decor {can be a new build, income property, or renovation project}
- Consultation included: paint colours, repairs, and or renovations to prepare the house to sell
- Rental furniture items include furniture, decor items, accessories, and window treatments
- Project management, decor concept, sourcing, styling, delivery, installation and de-staging all included
