Being able to have a team at this point is a huge milestone for me. I had a conversation with the Alexander brothers of a Cape Contract Furniture back when I was in my early 20’s. One of them told me his perspective on being a “boss” he simply said “the responsibility for others”. He didn’t look at it as having 50 employees but as that x2 because whoever works with him has a family, minimum 2 people per household. This moved me. I knew from then I wanted to do the same.
