Latest Staging Project

I had the joy of taking on a staging project from one of my fav realtors, Dionne Witter. I am very select with the realtors I work with and Dionne always allows me to have full creative control and it is such a pleasure to be around. The client was located in Toronto with Jamaican heritage and was ready to sell in hopes of returning home. Also on this project, I had another joy of teaming up with one of my fav design colleagues and sister friend Brenda Danson. She is great at styling with such ease and grace plus another fantastic person to be around! Getting on to the decor, this project was effortless and really shows the magic when a team of amazing individuals come together! The process took 3 days and included: design inspiration, space planning, sourcing, painting (the fireplace), admin, delivery, set up, styling…. Oh and let’s not forget de-staging the property after it sold! The design inspiration came from nature with the blues in the sky, the greens of the trees and the browns of the earth. We wanted to breath life and brightness into this property with a dash of luxe that you can see in the gold accents. The great thing about staging is it truly helps sell your home faster and also over asking. We sold this home in 27 days and over asking!
